Little Larks offers small arts and crafts playgroups where children with mild to moderate autism and neurotypical children create side by side.

We believe every child, however they experience the world, deserves a place to create, connect, and belong.

What We Do

In small groups of about 5 to 10 children, we work on a hands-on project together, like shaping air dry clay into pinch pots, with shared tools and short song breaks along the way.

Who It’s For

Our playgroups welcome children with mild to moderate autism together with neurotypical children who simply love arts and crafts. It’s a relaxed, low-pressure way for all kids to practice the social skills they’ll use in elementary school, like sharing, taking turns, and communicating, while learning to respect one another’s different needs. Playgroups are grouped by age, from toddlers up through second grade.
