This notice applies to all Little Larks events, including workshops, process-art sessions, seasonal events, camps, and private events. This Privacy Notice explains, in plain language, how Little Larks collects, uses, and protects family and child information. It is a general overview for our website and is pending final legal review; it does not replace any privacy terms in your enrollment agreement or required consent forms.
Information We Collect
When you register for a workshop, session, camp, or event, we collect information such as your name, contact information, your child’s name and age, emergency contacts, and any health, allergy, or behavioral information you choose to share so we can care for your child safely. Our website may also collect basic usage information through standard analytics tools.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to register your child, communicate with you about workshops, sessions, camps, and events, respond to emergencies, and improve our programs. We do not sell family or child information to third parties.
Registration, E-Signatures & Records
Registration and required forms are completed through a secure third-party e-signature platform, such as DocuSign or HelloSign. When you sign a form electronically, we keep a record of your signature, the date and time you signed, and the version of the policy or form you accepted, so we have an accurate record of what each family agreed to.
Photos & Media
As described in our Parent Policies, Little Larks will request separate written permission before using an identifiable photograph or video of a child on our website, social media, or promotional materials. Declining photo permission will not affect a child’s ability to participate.
Sharing of Information
We share information only as needed to run our programs, such as with staff and contractors who help deliver workshops, sessions, camps, and events, our e-signature and registration platform, and emergency responders if needed. We do not share family information for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We keep registration records, signed forms, and related information for as long as needed to operate our programs and meet our recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect that information.

A Note on Licensing
We are confirming our program’s classification with California Community Care Licensing. If that process requires changes to how we collect, store, or share family information, this notice will be updated accordingly.
